REAL ESTATE EXPERTISE

Our story
Experience that makes the difference.
Originating from ECE, which was founded by Werner Otto in 1965, ParkProperty Europe draws on over 60 years of real estate expertise.
Since its founding, the group has realized large-scale projects in the retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors. At the same time, the foundation for its current business in North America was laid.
Since 2026, the company, formerly known as ECE Work & Live and ECE Living, has operated as ParkProperty Europe.
Internationally networked.
Shaped by long-term factors.
ParkProperty is a company owned by the Otto family in the residential sector, with subsidiaries
in the USA, Canada, and Europe. The European business is operated by ParkProperty Europe. This allows us to combine an international perspective with deep local expertise.

That's what sets us apart.
Capital, partnership, performance
At home in Europe: We invest strategically where we see potential and growth. We know from experience that every market is different. This diversity offers opportunities. Our pan-European network is established, locally rooted, and has grown over many years. We work collaboratively in joint ventures, co-investments, and fund structures – with a high level of equity stake, deep local market knowledge, and clear responsibilities.
Values that are important in the workplace
We create properties that work in the long term – economically viable, functionally compelling, and sustainably attractive. Our projects impress users and cities alike, while simultaneously creating reliable value for investors and financing partners.
Recognize opportunities. Enhance value.
We seize opportunities in different market phases – even when markets become more demanding. Our work style is characterized by short decision-making processes, a high degree of implementation reliability, and a clear focus on quality and profitability. We pursue our goals consistently and collaboratively. We take responsibility – for what we do and for our environment.
