ECE Work & Live and Conren Tramway (CT), a Spanish real estate investment and development company, have launched CT ECE Living – a joint investment vehicle that will pool capital from various investors and invest approximately 400 million euros in build-to-sell residential projects in Spain.

ECE Work & Live has acquired two British extended-stay hotels from the IHG brand Staybridge Suites in Liverpool and Newcastle.

Following the successful and on-time completion of Thalia's new omni-channel hub in the gate.ruhr industrial park in Marl, the official handover of the keys by ECE Work & Live and Goldbeck to Thalia took place on January 7th.
