About the project
Following the takeover of the started project, we are continuing the development of the district with a new focus: modern apartments, sustainable energy supply and clear urban planning structures.
The buildings are constructed to the Efficiency House 55 standard and are supplied with energy via a combined heat and power plant and photovoltaic panels. Compact floor plans with 1 to 5 rooms, loggias, balconies, and garden areas create a desirable living environment for singles, couples, and families. The green central area and short distances to shopping facilities, public transport, and the Freising city center contribute to the high quality of living.
By mid-2026, a contemporary part of the city with a sustainable future perspective will be created.
