About the project
The GreenWorkPark Grünheide will be built from 2026 onwards on around 40 hectares directly next to the TESLA Gigafactory and offers over 200,000 m² of modern space for logistics, production, light industrial, office, education and local supply.
With excellent transport links – 30 minutes to Berlin-Mitte, direct access to the A10 motorway, proximity to BER airport and a train station within walking distance – the area will become a high-performance European logistics hub.
Companies benefit from flexible, modular spaces starting at 1,500 m², state-of-the-art technical equipment and sustainable standards such as PV systems, green roofs and Efficiency House 40 concepts.
A particular highlight: The first project being built is a two-stream primary school that combines education and the working world in the neighborhood.
