Kąty Wrocławskie

The Kąty Wrocławskie logistics center is our first logistics project in Poland – located in one of the country's strongest economic regions, with excellent connections via the A4 motorway, a key east-west axis. With approximately 80,000 m² of gross floor area, the site provides the ideal platform for production, e-commerce, and distribution logistics.

Sustainability is an integral part of the concept: PV panels covering approximately 60% of the roof area, energy-efficient LED lighting, and the BREEAM "Excellent" certification target reduce both operating costs and the CO₂ footprint. This is complemented by modern ESFR sprinklers compliant with NFPA standards.

The halls offer a clear height of approximately 12 m, robust floor load capacity for high-bay racking, and flexible access – designed for fast processes and variable contract durations. Adjoining office/social areas and ample car/truck parking complete the usage profile.
