About the project
The new site covers approximately 56,000 m² and combines state-of-the-art hall areas, a multi-story office building and its own parking garage.
The property forms the new central interface between brick-and-mortar retail and online business, creating space for up to 1,000 jobs and apprenticeships. Sustainable construction – including Efficiency House 40 standard, DGNB Gold certification, and comprehensive e-mobility infrastructure – characterizes the entire development. Green roofs, rainwater management, and biodiversity measures contribute to future-proof operations.
With its modern architecture and flexible usability, the hub sets new standards for logistics locations in Germany.
