About the project
Riera Parc is being built in the Cornellà de Llobregat district of the Barcelona metropolitan area – a residential project that complements a growing urban neighborhood with contemporary, well-connected living space. The building offers approximately 125 apartments, along with 130 parking spaces and 79 storage units, and is designed to accommodate various household sizes, including many families.
At its heart is a landscaped green courtyard, which, with its pool, lounge areas, and ample open space, provides a tranquil counterpoint to the urban environment. The commercial spaces on the ground floor – approximately 1,200 m² – enhance the local offerings and integrate the project into the neighborhood.
Riera Parc is located in a dynamic urban renewal area and benefits from its proximity to new public green spaces and optimal connections via the Cornellà Riera station: Residents can reach Barcelona's city center and the entire metropolitan area directly and quickly by metro and suburban train.
Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2026, with completion planned for 2028.
