About the project
The first Ruby Hotel in Denmark is being built on Gammel Kongevej, one of Copenhagen's liveliest main streets.
The former office complex is undergoing comprehensive revitalization and is being transformed into a lean luxury hotel with modern rooms, a winter garden, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the city. The use of the existing supporting structure, a new energy-efficient facade, and connection to the district heating system contribute to a sustainable project balance.
The hotel combines Scandinavian lightness with urban design – ideal for business travelers, city tourists, and guests who want to experience the authentic Frederiksberg. Completion is planned for 2027.
