About the project
Between the zoo park and Grafenberger Wald forest, zooé is creating a new home in one of Düsseldorf's most sought-after residential areas.
The existing building, dating from the 1970s, will be stripped back to its structural frame and renovated to a high energy-efficiency standard – an approach that conserves resources and preserves the building's original character. A variety of apartment types, from compact flats to spacious family apartments, will allow for a wide range of uses. Generous outdoor areas, balconies, and roof terraces create a high quality of living amidst greenery, while public transport, local amenities, and leisure facilities are just steps away.
The project combines urban proximity, tranquility close to nature, and a future-oriented approach to existing architecture.
