Your role
As a Junior Controller (m/f/d), you will support our project and departmental controlling and develop into an independently acting business partner. You will work closely with internal departments, management, and external stakeholders, gradually taking on more responsibility in the analysis, management, and further development of our controlling tools.
Your tasks
Participation in project and departmental controlling, in particular in the preparation, analysis and commentary of profit and loss statements, forecasts and economic analyses.
Support with budget planning and control (annual planning, forecasts, projections and variance analyses)
Preparation, maintenance and further development of KPIs, reports and dashboards (e.g. with Excel and Power BI)
Preparation of regular management reports and support in the preparation of documents for investors, banks and other external stakeholders.
Conducting performance analyses and deriving initial, well-founded recommendations for action.
Participation in cross-departmental projects, particularly in the areas of digitalization, process optimization, and the introduction or further development of controlling and BI tools.
Your profile
Completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting
2-3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in the real estate industry, project business or project-driven organizations.
Good knowledge of key performance indicator systems, budgeting processes, and investment and profitability calculations.
Strong aptitude for numbers, analytical skills, and a structured, reliable work ethic.
Excellent Excel skills and affinity for BI systems (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo)
Strong communication skills, initiative, solution-oriented thinking and a pronounced understanding of service.
Good English skills for collaborating with international stakeholders
