We develop hotels independently or in partnership with other companies. With more than 4,500 completed hotel rooms, as well as those currently in planning or construction, ParkProperty Europe is one of Europe's leading hotel developers.
Development expertise meets investment vision
We not only develop, but are also invested in hotel real estate as well as operator and hotel companies. This gives us a clear understanding of operations and performance and makes us a partner who makes decisions close to the business from the outset.
Same principles, different rules
The hotel product is repeatable, the site is not. Building laws, authorizations, technical standards and market logic vary in Europe's metropolitan regions. We are anchored locally, with our own teams and established partner networks. This enables us to reliably implement proven concepts even under different framework conditions.
Repurposing as an opportunity for new concepts
Where the market and existing properties allow, we focus on conversion. In particular, office properties that are no longer needed may be suitable for development into hotels. In this way, we create new capacity in scarce locations and use existing resources more efficiently.
